Anchor House Realty & Property Management was brought under the same roof to provide a more unique and personalized solution to Florida property management. We provide a seamless, worry-free process for the real estate investor local or out of state. We are pro-tenant as well as pro-landlord because happy residents renew their lease and that is our goal. Full property management services include marketing, leasing, maintenance troubleshooting, inspections, financial reporting, and more. We do it all.
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
We use a standard FAR/BAR Residential Leasing and Property Management Agreement.
OWNER PORTAL
Upon signing a Management Agreement, you will receive an email to activate your Owner Portal through AppFolio. This is where you will find your financial documents as well as fund your account for repairs and make-ready costs.
