Does flat fee MLS mean I am completely FSBO?
No. A flat-fee MLS listing still involves a brokerage relationship defined by the signed listing agreement. The seller may retain significantly more responsibilities than under full service.
Will my listing automatically appear on every consumer website?
MLS publication may feed eligible syndication channels, but portal display, timing, data fields and availability are controlled by the applicable MLS, feed and receiving website. No third-party placement should be treated as guaranteed.
Can I change the price or listing details later?
Yes, subject to MLS rules and the service scope. The signed agreement will describe what changes are included and how they are requested.
Can Anchor House negotiate an offer for me if I need help?
Ask us before relying on negotiation or contract support. Flat-fee service is limited by the signed scope; additional or full-service representation may require a different agreement.
What happens when I receive an offer?
You are responsible for promptly reviewing offers and maintaining deadlines assigned to you under the service. If you want professional negotiation or contract guidance, confirm that service before proceeding. Title and closing support is also available separately.
What if I already have a buyer?
An MLS listing may be unnecessary. If you already have an executed contract or a buyer ready to contract, start with our FSBO Title & Closing path so the transaction can be reviewed for settlement instead.
